It has been a busy first 12 months at Addis Town Planning and we thought it would be interesting to scrutinise some figures:
We have submitted 59 applications to a range of planning authorities in Cumbria and further afield. Of these 59 applications, 43 have been determined and 16 remain outstanding. Of the 43 that have been determined 39 were approved and 4 were refused.
Working this through gives Addis Town Planning a success rate of 91%.
Back to the figures – the above approvals have resulted in the creation of:- 49 new-build dwellings, 14 converted barns, 17 camping pods, 3 agricultural sheds, 2 extended domestic gardens, 1 balcony, and a tennis court.
